  • 1. What is the main goal of this program?
    Our program is designed to help you improve your English fluency in an engaging and supportive environment. Through live sessions, speaking practice, vocabulary building, and fun projects, you’ll gain confidence in real-life conversations and enhance your overall communication skills.
  • 2. How to Join ?
    Take the Test: Start by completing the assessment on our website to determine your English level. Make the Payment: Choose your preferred subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or six months) and make your payment through Stripe, using secure methods like credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Get Contacted: Within 12 hours, our team will reach out to you with all the details, including your group and speaking partner. Start Your Learning Journey: You’re all set! Get ready to join the group and begin your English adventure with us!
  • 3. How often will I have live sessions with a tutor?
    You’ll have 1 live session every week. Each session covers a general topic, includes vocabulary practice, and provides speaking opportunities in breakout rooms to help you improve your communication skills.
  • 4. What are "Speaking Partner Sessions"?
    A speaking partner is a fellow student you’ll be paired with each month for real English practice. You’ll have two sessions per month, each lasting 45 minutes, where you can choose to have a free talk or discuss a topic provided to you if you run out of conversation ideas. Additionally, you’re welcome to practice with your partner outside of the scheduled sessions, though this is completely optional.
  • 5. What is the Word of the Day activity?
    The Word of the Day activity runs from Monday to Friday, with a new word posted daily in the WhatsApp group. This helps you build your vocabulary and understand how to use the word in context. You can practice by creating your own sentences and sharing them in the group for feedback.
  • 6. What is the "Project Lab"?
    The Project Lab is a fun, collaborative activity where you’ll be grouped with other students to work on a creative project. Every two weeks, you'll spend an hour working together to plan, brainstorm, and prepare your project. This is a great opportunity to practice teamwork, enhance your communication skills, and apply your English in a real-world context. At the end of the month, each group will present their project in a 10-minute presentation. It’s a relaxed and enjoyable way to build confidence, improve your fluency, and connect with fellow learners.
  • 7. How many students are in each session?
    To ensure personalized attention, each session will have less than 8 students, creating a more intimate and focused learning environment.
  • 8. Where are the tutors located, and are they native speakers?
    Our tutors are based in various native English-speaking countries around the world. They are experienced and trained to support students at different language levels
  • 9. What is the WhatsApp group for?
    The WhatsApp group serves as a hub for communication and community engagement. It’s where we share important class announcements, Zoom links for live sessions, and updates on activities. It's also a space to connect with other students from around the world, share daily experiences, ask questions, and interact with your peers.
  • 10. What is the level of English required for the program?
    Our program caters to students from pre-intermediate to advanced levels. Whether you're building your foundation or refining your skills, you'll be placed in a group that matches your level and can progress at your own pace
  • 11. What are the subscription options?
    We offer flexible subscription plans to suit your needs: Monthly Subscription Quarterly Subscription (3 months) Six-Month Subscription You can choose the plan that works best for you, and you’ll enjoy the full benefits of the program.
  • 12. How do I sign up and make a payment?
    You can sign up directly through our website. We use Stripe to securely manage payments, supporting various payment methods such as: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) Google Pay Apple Pay Local payment methods (depending on your country). Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive confirmation and access to the program and all its features.
  • 13. How do I participate in the "Meet-Up Cafe"?
    At the end of each month, join our casual virtual meet-up. It’s an opportunity for you to practice real conversations, listen to different accents, and connect with peers from around the world. This is an informal gathering where you can relax, chat, and improve your English in a stress-free environment.
  • 14. Can I join the program in the middle of the month?
    Yes, you can join at any time! We have new students joining throughout the month, so you'll be placed in a new group. If a new group isn't available right away, you’ll be asked to stay around or join an existing group until a spot opens up. You’ll also be added to the WhatsApp group, where all class announcements and resources are shared.
  • 15. How do I know if this program is right for me?
    This program is ideal for anyone looking to improve their English through practical, engaging activities in a friendly and supportive community. Whether you're at an A2 level or higher, you'll be paired with others at your level and have opportunities to practice speaking, expand your vocabulary, and enhance your confidence in a relaxed setting.
